Maintaining Client Autonomy and
Individuality
The Sherwood Group's policy is that our firm remains "invisible"
to the members of client organizations. We answer telephone calls with
the name of your association or with a generic "Association Headquarters"
for organizations that do not choose to have dedicated incoming phone
lines. We never mention The Sherwood Group on client printed materials
or at client events.
Every organization is different. We go to great lengths to create a corporate
culture among our employees that emphasizes the importance of addressing
each client's unique issues, personality and situation. Large or small,
the autonomy and individuality of each organization with whom we work
is scrupulously maintained.
