Who makes up the Sherwood professional team?
We are proud of our staff. They are our greatest and most valuable company
asset. The quality of the work we do and the relationships we develop with
our clients are functions of each Sherwood employee's individual commitment
and talents...and our ability to work together as a team. We locate
and hire highly motivated specialists with relevant experience. Sherwood
Group team members then receive extensive training in their area of specialization
and specific client programs and objectives.

How does Sherwood serve its clients?
As a professional management firm, The Sherwood Group's day-to-day
role is to manage projects, programs and services as directed by the board
and ensure that board-approved initiatives are successfully implemented.
Equally important is our responsibility and ability to offer counsel and
recommendations based on our experience.
However, there is one thing we never forget: We take our direction from
the board. We don't have a vote or decision-making authority, just a responsibility
to support our clients.
Sherwood is large enough to offer its clients the sophisticated services
and access to resources that they need, but not so large that your organization
will be lost in the shuffle, without the individual attention it needs
to help the Board of Governors further the organization's mission.
By design, Sherwood works with fewer than 20 organizations at any given
time. Each client is important to us. Our proven record of providing stable,
consistent and responsive staff teams over time adds value to our client
relationships.
